ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

 

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site’s contents, or giving your own personal information to the Wealth By Health Steps For Change Foundation (“WBHSFCF”), you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use this Site. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site.

We at the WBHSFCF encourage you to use the Site to find out more information about what we do, our nonprofit programs and events, and how to get in touch with our organization for volunteer or partnership opportunities.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY OF THE WBHSFCF PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE CONTENT ON THE SITE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE WBHSFCF PARTIES’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW.

 

Additionally, we do not warrant or represent:

• The completeness or accuracy of the information published on our Site;

• The material on the site is up to date;

• That the Site or any services on the Site will remain available.

 

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE IS TO STOP USING THIS SITE.

The WBHSFCF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of our Site at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. The WBHSFCF reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of this Site or the content at any time without prior notice or liability.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

 

This Site is controlled and operated by the WBHSFCF in the United States.  WBHSFCF makes no representation that the Content on these pages is appropriate or available for use in other locations or that this Site complies with any applicable laws outside the United States. This Agreement and other policies on this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
