Wealth by Health Steps for Change Scholarship

The Wealth by Health Steps for Change Foundation awards up to three exceptional individuals from low-income families each year with $2,000 income/merit-based scholarships to support their pursuit of post-secondary education and encourage community leadership.

 

We aim to recognize students who:

• Are high school seniors currently applying to college/university or are current medical students

• Demonstrate academic excellence,

• Have a strong commitment to community empowerment and making a meaningful impact on their communities 

• Desire for continuous personal growth.

• Demonstrate leadership potential

 

We intend to recognize and alleviate financial burden for exceptional students from disadvantaged backgrounds for their determination in working towards future goals, positive contribution to society, and a strong vision for future personal and professional goals.
